Peanut Butter Tart with Caramel-Peanut Glaze

- ¾ cup chopped lightly salted roasted peanuts
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 4 tablespoons whipping cream
- ¼ cup water
- 6 tablespoons (¾ stick) unsalted butter
- ½ cup (packed) golden brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 3 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons (¼ stick) unsalted butter
- 3 tablespoons plus ¼ cup chilled whipping cream
- 1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons (packed) golden brown sugar
- ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons whipping cream
- 1 large egg yolk
- 7 tablespoons chilled unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 ¼ cups all purpose flour
