Peanut Butter Tarts

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 12 miniature chocolate covered peanut butter cups, unwrapped
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1 egg
    • ½ cup packed brown sugar
    • ½ cup white sugar
    • ½ cup shortening

1. In a medium bowl, cream the shortening, brown sugar, and white sugar. Stir in the egg, then the peanut butter.
