  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup salted roasted or cocktail peanuts
  • 1 small offset spatula
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 18- by 13-inch nonstick bakeware liner such as Silpat
    • ½ cup sugar
