Pear and Field Green Salad with Pomegranate Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe pears, cored and thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup(s) dried cranberries
  • 1 package(s) (6 ounces) field greens
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) McCormick® Ginger, Ground
  • 1 teaspoon(s) McCormick® Cinnamon, Ground
  • 1 tablespoon(s) sugar
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 1/3 cup(s) pomegranate juice
    • 1/3 cup(s) olive oil
    • 6 tablespoon(s) crumbled blue cheese
    • 1/3 cup(s) toasted walnut pieces
    • Pomegranate Vinaigrette:

1. For the Vinaigrette, mix all ingredients in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended. 2. Just before serving, toss greens with pears, cranberries, walnuts and blue cheese in large bowl. (Or divide among individual serving plates.) Drizzle with Pomegranate Vinaigrette. Toss lightly to serve.
