Pear-Cranberry Pie with Oatmeal Streusel

- 2/3 cup packed light brown sugar

- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 3 cups (1/2-inch) cubed peeled Anjou pear (2 large)
- 2 tablespoons chilled butter, cut into small pieces
