  • ¼ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 7 ¾ cups cubed Bartlett or Anjou pears
  • Dash of salt

    • ½ cup all-purpose flour (about 2 1/4 ounces)
    • ½ cup frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed
