    • 3 pears, peeled, cored and halved
    • 1 ½ cups pastry flour
    • ¾ cup granulated sugar
    • ¾ teaspoon baking powder
    • ¼ teaspoon baking soda

    • ½ cup sour cream
    • 3 large egg yolks
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
