Pear Upside-down Cake
Ingredients

- ¾ cup plain whole or low-fat yogurt
- 2 Bosc pears, cored, peeled, and cut into 1/4-in.-thick slices
- 3 eggs
- ¾ cup unsalted butter, plus more for pan
- 1/3 cup bourbon
- 2 cups flour
