  • 1 15-oz container whole-milk ricotta
  • 3 firm-ripe Anjou or Bosc pears
  • fresh thyme sprigs
  • ½ teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil
  • 1/3 cup pine nuts
  • 5 tablespoons mild honey
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoons fresh mint
