Pecan Brown Bread Mix for One

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoon(s) buttermilk
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon(s) finely chopped pecans
• 2 tablespoon(s) raisins
• ¼ teaspoon(s) baking soda
• ¼ teaspoon(s) baking powder
• 2 tablespoon(s) flour
• + 3 more ingredients
• • 2 tablespoon(s) cornmeal
  • 3 tablespoon(s) Whole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon(s) molasses

Combine dry ingredients. Add molasses, butterrmilk and egg. Mix well. and pour into lightly greased heat safe mug that holds at least 1 1/2 cups. Fill pot with water until water level is halfway up side of mug. Place pot with mug in oven and bake for 30-35 minutes.
