  • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • ¼ cup light brown sugar
  • ¾ cup pecans

In the bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade, combine the flour, pecans, sugar, and salt until the pecans are finely chopped. Add the butter and pulse until crumbs start to form.
