  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Golden Rum-Butter Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • Garnishes: lemon wedge, fresh parsley sprig
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ cup pecan halves
