Ingredients

  • ¾ cup dark corn syrup
  • 2 tablespoons semisweet chocolate minichips
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • Cooking spray
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup chilled butter, cut into small pieces
  • 1 large egg
  • + 11 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
    • 1 cup all-purpose flour (about 4 1/2 ounces)
    • ¼ cup egg substitute
    • 1 tablespoon bourbon
    • Filling:
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • ½ cup chopped pitted dates
    • 1/3 cup chopped pecans, toasted
    • Crust:
    • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar

Preheat oven to 400°.To prepare crust, lightly spoon 1 cup flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife. Combine 1 cup flour, 1/3 cup sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon salt, stirring well with a whisk.
