Penne with Butter and Fontina

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • 1 4-ounce piece Fontina cheese, very thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup (½ stick) butter
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Butter 11x7-inch glass baking dish. Cook penne pasta in large pot of boiling salted water until tender but still firm to bite. Drain.
