Penne with Three Peppers

Ingredients

  • 1 (15-ounce) can cannellini beans, drained
  • 1 large sweet red pepper, seeded and cut into 4 pieces
  • 1 large sweet yellow pepper, seeded and cut into 4 pieces
  • 1 large green pepper, seeded and cut into 4 pieces
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Fresh basil sprigs (optional)
  • 10 ounce penne (short tubular pasta), uncooked
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1/3 cup fat-free balsamic vinaigrette
    • Vegetable cooking spray

Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; drain. Place pasta in a large serving bowl. Set aside, and keep warm.
