Pennsylvania Dutch Tea Rolls

Ingredients

- 1 large egg
- 1 ½ teaspoons poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 ¼ cups all-purpose flour, divided
- 3 tablespoons 1% low-fat milk
- 1 package quick-rise yeast (about 2 1/4 teaspoons)

- ¼ cup butter, melted and cooled to room temperature
