Peperonata (Sauteed Sweet Peppers)
Ingredients
- 2 cup(s) chopped tomato with juice, fresh or canned
- 1 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh herbs - basil, oregano, or parsley (or a mixture)
- 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 1 large onion
- 2 clove(s) garlic, or more if preferred
- salt and pepper
- 2 red bell peppers, medium size
- + 2 more ingredients

- 1 green bell pepper, medium size
