Ingredients

  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons pitted Kalamata olives
  • ½ cup red onion
  • 1 2-pound 1 1/2-inch-thick top sirloin steak
  • 1 cup baby arugula or chopped regular arugula
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons coarse kosher salt
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 1 ½ tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
    • 2 large garlic cloves
    • 1 jalapeño chile
    • 1 ¾ teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper
    • Nonstick vegetable oil spray
