  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • ½ cup fat-free sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 (1-pound) boneless sirloin steak
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    • Cooking spray

Prepare grill. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring until well blended. Cover and chill.
