Pepperoni Cheese Ball


  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) package pepperoni slices
  • ½ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 4 large green onions, chopped fine

1 Chop pepperoni and onions very fine. (I use a food processor for the whole process). 2 Mix in cheese with pepperoni and onions. 3 Add tabasco and mix again. 4 Form into a ball with hands. 5 If wanted, can roll in crushed pecans. 6 Keep refrigerated until serving.
