Ingredients

  • 1 yellow onion - diced
  • 2 pound(s) lasagna noodles
  • 8 ounce(s) pepperoni - sliced
  • 15 ounce(s) ricotta cheese
  • 2 cup(s) mozzarella cheese - shredded
  • 1 cup(s) parmesan cheese - grated
  • 6 cup(s) Roma tomatoes - skinned and diced
