Pepperoni Sausage Lasagna
Ingredients
- 1 yellow onion - diced
- 2 pound(s) lasagna noodles
- 8 ounce(s) pepperoni - sliced
- 15 ounce(s) ricotta cheese
- 2 cup(s) mozzarella cheese - shredded
- 1 cup(s) parmesan cheese - grated
- 6 cup(s) Roma tomatoes - skinned and diced
