Perfect Blueberry Syrup
- 3 tablespoon(s) fresh lemon juice
- 1.5 pound(s) blueberries
- 6 1-inch strips of lemon zest removed with a vegetable peeler
- 4 cup(s) water
- 2 cup(s) sugar
