Pesto Appetizer
Ingredients
- 2 cup(s) spinach, chopped
- ½ cup(s) fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 clove(s) garlic
- ¼ cup(s) butter
- ½ cup(s) olive oil
- ½ cup(s) pine nuts
- ¼ cup(s) walnuts
- + 2 more ingredients

- ½ cup(s) Romano cheese
- ½ cup(s) Parmesan cheese
Wash spinach and parsley draining away water but do not dry. In a food processor or blender, combine spinach, parsley, garlic cloves, pine nuts, walnuts, Parmesan and Romano cheeses, butter, and olive oil. Mix together until lightly pureed.
