Phoenician's Key Lime Pie

Ingredients

• ½ teaspoon grated lime zest
• ¾ cup cold heavy cream
• ½ cup key lime juice
• 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
• 4 egg yolks
• ¼ cup butter, melted
• 1 pinch salt
