Pickled Beet Relish

Ingredients

  • 2 cup(s) white vinegar
  • 5 cup(s) Ground Beets
  • ½ cup(s) horseradish
  • 1/3 cup(s) Cornstarch
  • 4 cup(s) sugar

Combined all ingredients (except cornstarch) in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat and boil from (2 - 5) minutes. Mix enough water with the cornstarch to make a paste.
