Pickled Beet Relish
Ingredients
- 2 cup(s) white vinegar
- 5 cup(s) Ground Beets
- ½ cup(s) horseradish
- 1/3 cup(s) Cornstarch
- 4 cup(s) sugar
Combined all ingredients (except cornstarch) in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat and boil from (2 - 5) minutes. Mix enough water with the cornstarch to make a paste.
