Pimento Potatoes

Ingredients

• 1 cup(s) grated cheese
• ¹/₈ teaspoon(s) white pepper
• 4 cup(s) potatoes
• 1 onion , finely chopped
• ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
• 1 cup(s) water
• 1 cup(s) rich milk
• + 3 more ingredients
• • 4 tablespoon(s) flour
  • 2 pimentos ,cut into small pieces
  • 4 tablespoon(s) butter

Cube potatoes and parboil with onion in salted boiling water for 10 minutes. Add pimentos and cook 5 minutes longer and drain. Make a cream sauce of butter, flour, milk, salt and pepper.
