Pimiento Cheese-Bacon Burger

Ingredients

• 1 large dill pickle, thinly sliced
• 4 thin slices ripe beefsteak tomato
• 4 slices Vidalia or other sweet onion, grilled
• 8 slices double-smoked bacon, cooked until crisp
