Pimiento Cheese Sandwiches

Ingredients

• 3 medium-size sweet pickles
• 1 (4-ounce) jar chopped pimiento, drained
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• 1 (12-ounce) package sharp Cheddar cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
• ¼ teaspoon pepper
• 2 (16-ounce) loaves thin-sliced white bread
• 1 teaspoon sugar

Position knife blade in processor bowl; add cheese, pimiento, and pickles. Process 5 seconds. Stop processor, and scrape sides of bowl with a rubber spatula. Process 3 to 5 additional seconds.
