Pina Colada Salad

Ingredients

• 1 ½ cup(s) crushed pineapple
• ²/₃ cup(s) sugar
• ¼ cup(s) lemon juice
• ¹/₈ teaspoon(s) salt
• 8 ounce(s) whipped topping
• 1 ½ cup(s) shredded coconut
• 3 cup(s) cooked rice - white, chilled
