  • ½ cup pine nuts
  • 3 Tbs. finely grated orange zest (from 2 medium oranges)
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. baking powder
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar; more for rolling
  • 6-¾ oz. (1-½ cups) unbleached all-purpose flour
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
    • ¼ tsp. kosher salt
