Pine Nut Tart with Rosemary Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons confectioners' sugar
  • 4 tablespoons granulated sugar, for garnish (optional)

  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream

  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

    • Unbleached all-purpose flour, for rolling
