  • 1 peeled, cored pineapple (about 1 lb.)
  • ½ cup sweetened shredded dried coconut
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons rum
  • ½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • Haupia sauce
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • Macadamia crust
