Pineapple Grits Pie

Ingredients

• ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3 large eggs
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ½ cup quick-cooking grits, uncooked
• 2 (9-inch) graham cracker crusts
• 2 cups water
• ½ (8-ounce) package cream cheese softened

  • 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
