Pineapple Grits Pie

  • 2 (9-inch) graham cracker crusts
  • 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • ½ cup quick-cooking grits, uncooked
  • ½ (8-ounce) package cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
