Pineapple Habanero Salsa

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons fresh pineapple juice
• ¾ teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
• ½ teaspoon habanero or Scotch bonnet chile
• 3 scallions
• 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
• ½ pineapple
• + 2 more ingredients
• • 1 tablespoon mild molasses
  • ¼ teaspoon ground allspice

Toss all ingredients together in a bowl and let stand, stirring occasionally, 30 minutes, to blend flavors.
