Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
  • 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon bottled ground fresh ginger (such as Spice World)
  • ¼ cup light coconut milk
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 2 cups vanilla low-fat yogurt

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until well blended. Serve immediately.
