Pineapple Pound Cake 2

Ingredients

• 6 eggs
• 1 large can crushed pineapple
• 1 ½ cup(s) powdered sugar
• ¼ cup(s) butter
• PINEAPPLE GLAZE:
• 2 ¾ cup(s) sugar
• 1 cup(s) butter

  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • ½ cup(s) shortening (Crisco)

Combine shortening, butter and sugar; cream until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Sift flour and baking powder together; add to creamed mixture and beat well.
