Pink Arctic Freeze 6

Ingredients

• 6 ounce(s) cream cheese (or neufchatel), softened
• 2 tablespoon(s) mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoon(s) sugar
• 1 can(s) whole-berry cranberry sauce
• 1 can(s) pineapple, crushed or tidbits (9 ounce can)
• ½ cup(s) crushed walnuts or pecans
• 1 cup(s) whipping cream, whipped

Combine cream cheese or neufchatel with mayonnaise and sugar. Add fruit and nuts. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into 9" x 5" loaf pan. Freeze at least 6 hours. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
