Ingredients

  • 2 package(s) strawberry gelatin (3 ounce pkgs)
  • 1 cup(s) cottage cheese
  • 1 cup(s) cold water
  • 1 cup(s) finely chopped celery
  • 1 cup(s) chopped pecans
  • 1 package(s) Cool Whip, thawed (8 ounce pkg)
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2 package(s) softened cream cheese (3 ounce pkgs)

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water. Refrigerate until slightly thickened. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add Cool Whip to cream cheese mixture and blend.
