PIONEER LEMON PIE

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cornmeal
  • Grated rind of 2 lemons
  • ¼ cup(s) butter
  • ¼ cup(s) milk
  • ¼ cup(s) lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon(s) flour
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2 cup(s) sugar

Mix together the sugar, flour, and cornmeal. Add the eggs, lemon juice, milk, butter, and the lemon rind. Mix together well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in 325 degree oven 45 minutes, or until done.
