Pioneer Vinegar Pie

Ingredients

• Vanilla ice cream, for serving
• 1 tablespoon turbinado sugar or sanding sugar
• 3 large eggs, divided
• 1 cup plus 1 teaspoon water, divided
• 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ¹/₆ teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
