Piquant Green Bean Salad


  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 3 (16-ounce) cans French-style green beans, drained
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • Pimiento strips (optional)
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • ½ cup mayonnaise

Combine beans, mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, onion, vinegar, and salt in a large mixing bowl; stir until well blended. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours. Garnish with pimiento strips, if desired.
