Piquillo Ketchup

Ingredients

  • Russet Frites
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon almond oil
  • ½ cup jarred roasted piquillo peppers*, patted dry
  • ¼ cup ketchup

1. Whirl ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Serve with Russet Frites. 2. *Piquillos are small, mildly spicy red Spanish peppers; find in well-stocked grocery stores. 3. Note: Nutritional analysis is per serving.
