  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 24 (1/2-ounce) slices very thin white bread (such as Pepperidge Farm)
  • 3 canned anchovy fillets, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 10 cup thinly vertically sliced onion (about 4 medium)
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • Cooking spray
    • ¼ cup niçoise olives, pitted and chopped

Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion, and sauté 10 minutes. Stir in salt and anchovies; sauté 10 minutes. Stir in vinegar and chopped thyme.
