Pissaladière Tartlets
Ingredients
- 24 (1/2-ounce) slices very thin white bread (such as Pepperidge Farm)
- ¼ teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
- ¼ cup niçoise olives, pitted and chopped
- Cooking spray
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- + 3 more ingredients

- 10 cup thinly vertically sliced onion (about 4 medium)
- 3 canned anchovy fillets, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion, and sauté 10 minutes. Stir in salt and anchovies; sauté 10 minutes. Stir in vinegar and chopped thyme.
