Pistachio Cake

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons orange zest

• 1 cup sugar
• 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
• ¾ cup unsalted shelled pistachios (not dyed red)
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
