Pistachio-Cranberry Biscotti Straws

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup unsalted shelled pistachio nuts (3-½ oz.)
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • ¼ tsp. table salt
  • ½ cup sweetened dried cranberries (2-½ oz.)
  • ¾ tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 5-5/8 oz. (1-¼ cups) all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg white
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • ½ cup granulated sugar
    • 1 large egg
    • 1 Tbs. fresh orange juice
    • 1 Tbs. finely grated orange zest (from about 2 oranges)
