  • 2 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
  • Kosher salt
  • 12 lamb rib chops (about 1-½ lb.)
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 3 Tbs. honey
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 cup unsalted shelled pistachios
    • ¼ tsp. cayenne
