Pistachio, Raspberry, and White Chocolate Biscotti

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup shelled raw unsalted natural pistachios
  • 2 ½ teaspoons almond extract
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup dried raspberries or dried strawberries
  • ½ cup high-quality white chocolate (such as Lindt or Perugina)
  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1 cup sugar
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • 3 large eggs
    • 8 ounces high-quality white chocolate (such as Lindt or Perugina) and/or 8 ounces bittersweet or semisweet chocolate

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in medium bowl to blend.
