Pistachio, Strawberry and Vanilla Semifreddo

Ingredients

• ¼ teaspoon almond extract
• 1 ¹/₃ cups heavy whipping cream
• 1 cup shelled unsalted pistachios
• 12 tablespoons sugar
• 1 cup whole milk
• 1 vanilla bean
• 1 cup fresh strawberries
