  • 200g tub cream cheese
  • 1tsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla bean extract
  • 3tbsp caster sugar
  • 4 medium eggs
  • 175g unsalted butter, softened
  • 175g dark muscovado sugar
  • 200g self-raising flour
