Polenta with Goat Cheese & Fresh Sage
- ¼ lb. soft fresh goat cheese
- 4-½ cups water
- 1 tsp. unsalted butter
- 1 tsp. salt; more to taste
- 1 Tbs. finely chopped fresh sage
- 1 cup polenta
